CLS ACES Team Places Third at State Finals
The Crystal Lake South Academic Challenge for Engineering and Science (ACES) team finished in third place at the ACES state competition. Third place marks the best finish for the CLS ACES program since 2001.
The team was led by five students who finished in individual state medal positions, including two state champions:
- Yoana Milusheva - State Champion (tied) in English
- Noah Krause - State Champion in engineering graphics, Third place in physics (tied)
- Tengis Khatanbaatar - Second place in chemistry (tied)
- Patrycja Tomasiak - Fourth place in biology (tied)
- Adam Kobeluch - Fifth place in engineering graphics (tied)
